The initial lease is six (6) months. After the initial term, it automatically converts to month-to-month. There are no overnight or short-term stays.
What does the $550 monthly rent include?
Rent at Willows Trailer Village is $550 per month and includes your full-hookup RV site plus water, sewer, garbage, and electricity for ordinary residential RV use. There is no separate electric bill.
What hookups do the sites have?
Every site has full hookups: water, sewer, and an electric pedestal with 30-amp and 50-amp service. 50-amp service supports larger rigs, including fifth-wheels with dual air conditioners.
What is the pet policy?
Up to two (2) approved pets are welcome, each 20 lbs or under at full-grown weight. Pets must be leashed outside the RV and waste picked up immediately. Service animals and emotional support animals are accommodated as required by fair-housing law, regardless of size or breed.
What types of RVs are accepted?
Class A, B, and C motorhomes, fifth-wheels, and hard-sided travel trailers are accepted. Tent trailers and pop-ups are not, as they are not suited to year-round living. RVs must be registered, road-ready, and well-maintained.
My RV is 15 years old or older — can I still apply?
Yes. RVs 15 years or older simply need advance approval: send photos of your rig with your inquiry and we will review it. Well-maintained older RVs are common in the community.
Is skirting required?
Yes. Skirting is required within 30 days of move-in, in metal, vinyl, or painted material. Skirting keeps sites looking tidy and is also the most important step for keeping your RV warm and your pipes safe in winter.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily and they are genuinely kept. Residents who work early mornings or night shifts consistently name this as one of the best things about living here.

Yes, guests are welcome. Occupancy at each space is limited to two (2) adults plus listed dependents, so longer-term arrangements should be discussed with management.
How many vehicles can I keep at my site?
Two (2) vehicles per space are included. Additional vehicles may be approved for a monthly fee — ask management.
Is there laundry on-site?
Yes. Laundry facilities are available on-site for residents.
Can I rent extra storage space?
Yes. Optional storage space rentals are available on-site — ask about current availability when you apply.
Can I charge an electric vehicle at my site?
No. Electricity is included for ordinary residential RV use, and EV charging at the site pedestal is not available.
Can I stay through the winter?
Yes — many residents live here year-round. Residents winterize their own RVs: heat tape on water lines, skirting (required within 30 days of move-in), and steady interior heat. Because electricity is included in rent, running heat does not increase your bill.
