Willows Trailer Village charges one flat monthly rate of $550 for a full-hookup RV site. Unlike most monthly RV parks, electricity is included for ordinary residential RV use — no metered electric bill on top of rent, no summer A/C surprise, no winter heating spike.
Leases start at a six-month initial term and then automatically convert to month-to-month. There are no overnight or short-term stays — this is a residential community, which is exactly why it stays quiet and well-kept.

Rent is paid online through the AppFolio tenant portal — set it up once and pay from your phone. Prefer cash? Pay through our designated third-party cash payment service. We don’t accept personal checks, and cash isn’t accepted at the office.
